Spring and/or Fall Service
Spring Service
Protects you from crawling, stinging insects, ants and spiders throughout the summer months (3-4 depending on weather conditions) with the exception of flies, lady beetles and fleas. Chemical is sprayed around the outside of the foundation, windows/doors, and under eaves. It is optional to have the indoors sprayed around the baseboards, basement, or crawl space. (There is no price difference if only the outside is sprayed)

Fall Service
Protects you from spiders, cluster flies*, and over the wintering pest such as asian lady beetles. Chemical is sprayed around the outside of the foundation, window/doors, and under the eaves. Indoor spraying is not offered in the Fall service but we do provide mouse bait stations upon request.

*If your main concern is cluster flies, please call for the appropriate time to be sprayed in your area.

Wood Destroying Insects
Carpenter Ants
Typically the first signs a homeowner notices are fine saw dust, numerous Ants inside the home, or visible damage in or outside of the home. Carpenter Anst may establish a colony inside the home and form many satellite nests outside. Carpenter Ants generally infest wood that is moist or decaying but will infest healthy wood if the conditions are right.

Note: Existing customers are protected from carpenter ants with our Spring Service. If you currently have Carpenter Ants, they must be taken care of before a Spring or Fall Service is applied to prevent further damage.

Carpenter Bees
Carpenter Bees tunnel into wood to lay their eggs. After several years of reproduction and utilizing a structure such as your home, the damage can be considerable. A treatment to rid your home of Carpenter Bees must be applied where the holes are present. A yearly maintenance program is suggested to keep the bees from returning to your home. It is also recommended that the holes are filled after being treated.

Powder Post Beetles
To control Powder Post Beetles we must inspect the infested wood to find exit holes from the adults. Then we must find where they have laid their eggs and treat both places. The life cycle starts from an egg hatching into a larva which chews its way out of the wood. The chemical is applied to the holes which travels inside to reach the tunnels and prevents any further eggs from hatching in the future. If Powder Post Beetles are in the inside of the home we treat where the adults have laid their eggs and died.
